Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at FluidKart! We appreciate your trust in us and are committed to providing you with a satisfying shopping experience. Please read this Refund and Returns Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Some health and personal care items
• Items explicitly mentioned as non returnable
• Returns not mentioned on the products page

2. Refunds

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.2 Refund Process

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] to initiate the exchange process.

4. Shipping

To return your product, please mail your product to address mentioned on your Invoice. You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping & packing costs are non-refundable.
